Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

 


 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 


If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of:

     

    • The issue

    • The full product

    • Any packaging labels

     

 


Once reviewed, we will issue a free replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Refunds are issued only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.


Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


We do not offer exchanges for sizing or color preferences.

Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

 


 

 

Order Cancellations

 


Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
