All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Once an order is placed, it immediately begins production through our fulfillment partner.


Please note:

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.

 


 

 

Shipping Times (United States & Canada)

 


We currently ship to the United States & Canada.


Estimated delivery time after production (printing & fulfillment) for the US:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 5–12 business days


Estimated delivery time after production (printing & fulfillment) for Canada:


  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

Customers shipping to Canada may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.



Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

 


 

 

Shipping Costs

 

 

We offer Free U.S. Shipping on all orders.

 


Shipping costs are currently included in the product price for U.S. orders during our holiday promotion.


For orders shipping to Canada, we offer a flat shipping fee of $14.99 USD per order.

 


 

 

Order Tracking

 


Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

 


 

 

Multiple Shipments

 


If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the availability of each item.


You will receive separate tracking numbers at no additional cost.

 


 

 

Shipping Address Errors

 


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.


We are not responsible for:

 

  • Wrong or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Re-shipping fees if the order is returned to sender

 


If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@zossgwear.com.

We cannot guarantee changes once production begins.

 


 

 

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

 


If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package:

 

  1. Check with neighbors or building staff

  2. Check alternate delivery locations

  3. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark delivered early)

 


If still missing, email us at support@zossgwear.com.

We will investigate and assist, but ZossGwear is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

 


 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Photos of the full product and packaging label

 


We will send a free replacement or issue a refund if necessary.

 


 

 

Returns Due to Quality or Production Issues

 


For production errors, misprints, or damage, replacements are provided at no cost to you.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

 


If a package is returned to sender due to:

 

  • Incorrect address

  • Unclaimed mail

  • Delivery failure

 


Customers are responsible for re-shipping fees.
